This cake was PERFECTION! I purchased it for my birthday to share with my non-vegan family and VERY picky nieces + nephews (who are used to sugary store-bought cakes). Everything about this cake impressed everyone – how it looked, how it smelled, and mostly how it tasted! It was smooth, creamy, and sweet (but not sickly sweet). Afterward we cut slices and froze them, and have since taken out slices and eaten them straight from the freezer (amazing!). Would 10/10 recommend this cake, even for kids!
