How do I store your products?
You can keep our desserts refrigerated between 1-4 degrees Celsius. Consume within 7 days or within 6 months if kept frozen in an airtight container.
If you are picking up your order please bring a cooler bag with an ice pack with you to keep our product cold while you deliver it home!
Are your products nut-free?
No, all our products will contain tree nuts and some contain peanuts. If you have a severe allergy to any nuts we do not recommend our products as they will contain traces of nuts. Please see our allergen information under each product.
Are your products vegan / gluten free / dairy-free?
Yes! We are a 100% vegan company so we do not use any animal products and we run a completely gluten free kitchen.
All our products are Vegan, Raw, Gluten free, Dairy Free & Refined Sugar Free.

Do you offer any pickup locations?
You can order online and pickup our cakes from:
- Raw Passion Wetherill Park
- Soul Bowl: Parramatta
- Espresso 96: Concord
- Buddha Bowl: Newtown
- Zera Food & Co – Alexandria
- Tempo Cafe – Terrey Hills
What is the cost of delivery and what suburbs do you deliver to?
We deliver within 40km of Wetherill Park NSW. Our checkout will provide you with delivery options and pricing if you’re within our delivery radius. Our delivery rates vary based on distance from $15 – $40. If you’re outside of our delivery radius we have several pickup locations.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Delivery times are between Monday – Friday 9am-5pm on your selected delivery date. Should you require a specific delivery time please call us on (02) 9119 8745.
We do not offer delivery on Saturdays and Sundays.
What is the minimum order for delivery?
We only offer delivery for orders $65 and over.
How much notice do you need for my order?
If you’re picking up your order from our factory, we can offer same day pickup if we have stock. Please call us on (02) 9119 8745 to confirm before placing your order.
If you’re looking for delivery, we need 1-2 business days to create and process your order for you.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by Mastercard, Visa and American Express when you place your order via our website.
If you’re picking up your order from our factory we accept cash payments only.
Can I cancel my order?
We only accept cancellations 48 hours prior to your delivery date and can provide refunds. However, we will deduct a 2.5% stripe processing fee on all refunds. Orders placed for next day pickup cannot be cancelled.
We do not offer cash refunds.
