Do you offer contact-free delivery?

Yes! We offer contact-free delivery Monday – Saturday from 7am – 9pm.

How do I store your products?

Many of our products require refrigeration until they’re ready to eat. We advise you keep our desserts refrigerated between 1-4 degrees Celsius until you’re ready to serve and eat them. Consume within 7 days or within 6 months if kept frozen in an airtight container. If you are picking up your order please bring a cooler bag with an ice pack with you to keep our product cold while you deliver it home!

Are your products nut-free?

No, all our products will contain tree nuts and some contain peanuts. If you have a severe allergy to any nuts we do not recommend our products as they will contain traces of nuts. Please see our allergen information under each product.

Are your desserts egg-free?

All of our desserts are plant-based, meaning no animal products are used. As such all of our desserts are egg-free.

Are your desserts paleo friendly?

Most of our desserts are paleo friendly. Check the individual product page for more information.

Are your desserts halal?

We’re a 100% plant-based company, and as such our products are all halal.

What is veganism?

Veganism is a lifestyle and dietary choice that avoids the use of animal products, such as meat, dairy, eggs, and honey. It is based on the principle of reducing harm to animals and promoting a more sustainable and environmentally friendly way of living. People who follow a vegan diet eat plant-based foods, such as fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes. Veganism may also extend to non-food products, avoiding the use of leather, silk, and other animal-derived materials.

What is a raw food diet?

Raw food diet is a type of diet where only uncooked, unprocessed and plant-based foods are consumed. This means that food is not heated above 47°C, preserving its nutrients and enzymes. The diet includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and sprouts, and is believed to have numerous health benefits, such as improved digestion, increased energy levels, and a stronger immune system. 

Delivery limitations

We can not deliver to:

• P.O. Boxes.
• Incomplete addresses (IE an apartment building without a unit number).
• Parks, or similar outdoor venues.

Our delivery service is refrigerated and many of our desserts require constant refrigeration until they’re served. Please keep this in mind when you’re placing your order.

You can order online and pickup our cakes from:

• Espresso 96: Concord
• Buddha Bowl: Newtown

What is the cost of delivery and what suburbs do you deliver to? 

We deliver within 40km of Wetherill Park NSW. Our checkout will provide you with delivery options and pricing if you’re within our delivery radius. Our delivery rates vary based on distance from $15 – $40. If you’re outside of our delivery radius we have several pickup locations.

Can I request a specific delivery time? 

Delivery times are between Monday – Saturday 7am – 9pm on your selected delivery date. Should you require a specific delivery time please call us on (02) 9119 8745.We do not offer delivery on Sunday.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

We only offer delivery for orders $65 and over.

How can I place an order?

How much notice do you need for my order?

If you’re picking up your order from our factory, we can offer same day pickup if we have stock. Please call us on (02) 9119 8745 to confirm before placing your order.

If you’re looking for delivery, most of our desserts are available for next day delivery. For some products we need 1-2 business days to create and process your order.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by Mastercard, Visa and American Express when you place your order via our website. If you’re picking up your order from our factory we accept cash payments only.

Can I cancel my order?

We only accept cancellations 48 hours prior to your delivery date and can provide refunds. However, we will deduct a 2.5% stripe processing fee on all refunds. Orders placed for next day pickup cannot be cancelled. We do not offer cash refunds.
