Presentation is absolutely fantastic. Best looking cake I’ve ever ordered and saw. Cutting even one slice looks like a masterpiece. If you put it on a plate you can just spend mins admiring the slice.
The taste however is a bit lacking. The strawberry cream needs more strawberry taste and the hazlenut cream needs more flavour. The texture is a little too grainy but it’s good enough.
It definitely needs more liquid as felt it was too dry. The caramel slice on-top was the wetness that I liked. Only could eat a little of the cake itself because of the dryness.

We ordered 2 cakes to be sent to our office for joint birthday celebrations but due to the office closing, had to change the delivery to 2 separate addresses at the last minute. Samantha was so helpful and obliging and quickly processed this with no extra charge whilst being very under the pump with Christmas just around the corner. Cake was delicious as always. Can’t recommend Raw Passion enough!

But this cake did not disappoint. The cake looks beautiful, is well presented and delicious. Its the only cake we could eat without feeling any guilt as its free from refined sugar :-).
