Because our products are perishable:

  • We cannot accept returned items once they’ve left our kitchen.
  • We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect choices, or personal taste preferences.
  • Please double-check your order details before placing it.

Your Consumer Rights

While we don’t accept returns, we always comply with Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a refund, credit or replacement only if:

  • The product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, or
  • There’s a major problem that prevents you from using it as intended.

In such rare cases, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • Your name and order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

We’ll assess your request and, if eligible, arrange a refund, replacement, or credit.
