We need 48 hours notice for cancellations. 

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Should you know that nobody will be at a delivery location, please leave a large esky or cooler bag with ice packs and we’ll put your cake inside. Our cakes must be kept refrigerated/frozen. 
  • If no one home we will leave your order at your door. If we are unable to leave it at your door we will take it to the nearest pick up location.
  • Please note that we don’t recommend leaving any of our treats outside for more than 30 mins as they require refrigeration. 

Gift Deliveries

If you are purchasing a gift, please leave the receiver’s contact number and further details as necessary.

Pickup Terms & Conditions

If you have ordered a product to be dropped off at a pickup location, please see available timeframes.
 
If you need the order to be picked up earlier, please allow 24hours notice before your pickup time and contact us at [email protected] to confirm. Same day pickup can be arranged for Wetherill Park.
  • Soul Bowl: Pickup available from midday
  • Espresso: Pickup available from midday
  • Newtown: Pickup available from 1pm
  • Alexandria: Pickup available from 1pm
  • Norwest: Time to be organised with Raw Passion head office [email protected]
  • Wetherill Park: Pickup available between 10am-4pm

If you need to pick up your order earlier than the stated pickup times, please place your order within 24 hours notice before the pickup time.
